 V.Balasubramanian is a B.E. (Mechanical), University of Madras, 1964.
P.G.Diploma in Iron &Steel Technology, J.T.I.Jamshedpur.1965. He has more than 40 years experience in steel industry. He retired as Chief of Support Services TISCO, Jamshedpur. His experience spans Manufacturing and Production Management, Human Resources Management & Development, and General Management. He has extensive mentoring experience of both fresh engineers and management trainees in TISCO. He is well versed in Six Sigma, TQM, TPM, & ERP systems like SAP and BAAN.

 R.NARAYANASWAMY holds a B.Tech degree in civil engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and an MBA (Marketing) from Pune University in India. He has over 28 year’s multi-functional experience in marketing, manufacturing, and software development. He has proven expertise in launching new products (Sintex Water Tanks, Netlon Plastic Meshes (market seeding), and Spectrum Paints) in India. Currently as CEO of The New Classic System ; Consultant to Resurgent Software Technologies Pvt Ltd; Director/Dean Institute of Retail Management ;Mentor TAP MENTOR. Last employment as Assistant Vice President in Polaris Software Lab Ltd.

 MRS.PREMA BALASUBRAMANIAN is a M.A. M.Phil. (Eng). B.Ed.. She has extensive experience in teaching English and was PRINCIPAL of DBMS English School Jamshedpur. She helped set up D.B.M.S. Career Academy at Jamshedpur. She has conducted many English language workshops for teachers. She has successfully authored the English Grammar series “Pinnacle Grammar In Action” for Stds. I to V; “Comprehension Made Easy” for Stds. I to VIII ; Social Studies series for Stds I to V and recently completed a series on English for Stds I to VIII (Reader and Workbook). She has also contributed articles of popular interest to reputed dailies like the “Telegraph”.
